Let me preface this by stating I do not have a job.
I do not want to pay for another stadium; If I had a job I would NOT want any money going towards a new stadium-Chargers can leave for all I care. I think that fact that the Chargers want to use our money for this-and the mayor will allow is (potentially) is ridiculous. I can think of a lot more items to put our money towards (homeless shelters, education, and early intervention programs-just to name a few). The Chargers are a huge expense if thy want a 1 billion dollar stadium. I just do not see any logic in it. Sure they bring some money into the city for people to see games but how much actually goes to the city and the things we need then just to their bank accounts? I am upset by this but one person can do nothing alone.
Just let me rant.
